Elgin Echo, Thursday, 31 May 1894.
Word was received here yesterday morning that Charley Greenley had been killed at Bush Creek the day before by being thrown under a train of cars. Charley had been working near Maynard this spring and in trying to board a moving train slipped and fell under the wheels. Sam and Frank, his brothers, left for Bush Creek at once.
