Elgin Echo, Thursday, 28 June 1894.

DIED- Jennie Cooley, at West Union, Monday, June 25, at 3 p.m. Funeral services were held at West Union Wednesday morning, interment taking place in the Elgin cemetery.

Deceased was a sister of our townsman Jas. Cooley. A woman of much worth and intelligence, loved and respected by all who enjoyed her acquaintance.
