MRS. ELIZABETH SHORT DIED TODAY
Mrs. Elizabeth Short, aged 62 years, wife of E. J. Short, died at their home, 136 Sixth avenue NW about 6:30 this morning, following several weeks illness. Aside from her husband she leaves four sons, Peter, Daniel, Leonard, Thomas, all of Oelwein and two daughters, Mrs. Russel Curley of Fairbank, and Miss Rose at home. The body was taken to the Brant funeral home pending funeral arrangements.

FUNERAL WEDNESDAY FOR MRS. SHORT
Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Short, will be held Wednesday morning at nine o'clock at the Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be made at Woodlawn cemetery.
