Funeral services for Wanda M. Meyer, age 63, of Waterloo, Iowa, were held Saturday, December 29, 1990 at 1 p.m. at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball with burial in the Brandon Cemetery, Brandon, Iowa.

Wanda was born September 6, 1927 at Hawkeye, Iowa in Fayette County to David and Olive (Swale) Hand. She married Gene E. Meyer on May 12, 1946 in West Union, Iowa.

Wanda Meyer died Wednesday, December 26, 1990 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Gene, who died in 1976.

She is survived by a son, Kirk E. Meyer of Cedar Falls, Iowa and 2 daughters, Kay Jones of Mexico, Missouri, and Kathy Estle of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 4 grandchildren; and 3 sisters, Harriet Olson of Clermont, Iowa, Doris Crone of Waterloo, Iowa, and Merriam Cade of Des Moines, Iowa.
