Mrs. Mahan was very low yesterday
and not expected to live through the
day. She has been very sick for some
time, sickness being caused by a paralytic
stroke, and last night the death
angel came and ended her sufferings.
She was about 73 years of age. The
funeral services will be held at the
Catholic church to-morrow, but we did
not learn the hour of service
