R. T. Cameron, at one time a resident of Oelwein,
died at Waterloo Sunday. When living here he
was engaged in conducting the True Blue
grocery store, and was later a salesman for the
Gamble-Robinson company in this city. He then
moved to Waterloo and from there the following
information is gleaned:
Robert T. Cameron, 64, passed away at his home
314 Saxon at 6 am Sunday.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 am in
the O'Keefe and Towne Chapel. Rev. J. Arthur
Young, pastor of First Methodist Episcopal church
officiating. Burial will be in the family lot at
Littleton.
Mr. Cameron was a barber by trade and at one time
operated the Waterloo Barber College at 111 East
Fifth. Surviving are his wife at Ottumwa; three
brothers, Roy, Vinton; Ray, Bismark, S. D.; and
George, Florida; and his mother and a sister living
at Vinton.
