The funeral services of Fred
Herbert Baldwin were held from
the Hintz Funeral home yesterday
afternoon, J. B. Ackman officiating
at the services. Mrs. R. I.
Meskell sang: "The Old Rugged
Cross," and "Abide With Me," with
Miss Marion Wright at the piano.
Mr. Baldwin was the son of
William and Eliza Baldwin. He
was born at Epworth, Iowa, December
30, I87O. He never has
been entirely well since suffering
from infantile paralysis when he
was a child of two years of age.
He received his education in the
schools of Council Bluffs, Iowa-
He was married to Miss Clara
Bennett. His end came at 7:00
p. m. Sunday evening, July 15th,
1934.
He leaves to mourn his departure
his wife and his sisters Mrs.
Anna Rhamey of Oelwein; Mrs.
Nettie Scott of Epworth and a
brother Reid Baldwin of Waterloo,
as well as other relatives.
His burial was at the Oakdale
cemetery of Oelwein.
