Andrew King was born Nov.
10, 1888 and died in Oelwein July
14, 1961. He had been ill for more
than two years.
A long time resident of Oelwein,
he received his education in local
schools and attended local business
college. For many years he
was employed by C.G.W. and later
was engaged in farming until his
retirement in 1958.
Mr. King is survived by his
widow, Emma, one daughter, Mrs.
George Moore arid two grandchildren,
Des Moines. Also surviving
are two brothers, John and Ernest
of Oelwein.
Services were held July 17 at
Hintz Funeral Home and burial
was in Woodlawn cemetery. The
Rev. Richard B. Emery officiated.
