Funeral services for Lizzie Sanborn
Ward were held at the Brant
funeral home with the Rev. Richard
Emery officiating. Interment
was in the Kint cemetery at Hazleton.
Mrs. Ward died at the Hendren;
Nursing Home at Hazleton March 21.
Born at Fairplay. Wis., August
31, 1897, she was the daughter of
William H. and Roxanna Gray Kint.
Survivors include four daughters,
Katherine of Oelwein, Mrs. Ed (Glynn)
Curgel of Ft Lauderdale, FL, Mrs. Lula
Barney and Mrs. Roy (Bula) Dilley both
of Cedar Falls, seven grandchildren and
seven great grandchildren.
Mrs. Ward was preceded in death by
her husband and 3 daughters.
