Mrs. Della Margaret James, a
resident of Grandview Care
Center, died Monday at Mercy
Hospital in Oelwein. Mrs.
James, 83, was a retired
homemaker.
Funeral services are pending
at the Brant-Kerns Funeral
Home in Oelwein. Burial will be
in Woodlawh Cemetery.
Surviving are one son,
Richard James of Phoenix,
Ariz.; three grandchildren; two
great-grandchildren; one
brother, Clarence Strawn of
Louisville, Ky.; and one sister,
Mrs. Frances Stoll of Tucson,
Ariz.
She was preceded in death by
her parents, her husband, Thai
James who died in 1973, two
brothers and one sister.
