Funeral services for Robert A.
McLeisch, 69, will be held at 2:30
p. m. Friday, July 11, at the First
Presbyterian church, Dr. L. W.
Hauter officiating.
The body will lie in state at
the Brant funeral home until
Thursday afternoon, when it will
be taken, to the family home two
miles south of Maynard until the
hour of services. Burial will be
at Maynard.
Mr. McLeish, a farmer, died at
2 p. m., July 8 in St. Francis hospital,
Waterloo. He is survived
by his wife, Mary Teaguc Mc-
Leish; a son, Frank, of Maynard;
three brothers, Roy of Chicago,
Arch of Maynard, and John of
Colorado Springs, Colo.; and
three grandchildren, Mrs. Arnold
Bartz, Nancy McLeish of Cedar
Rapids and Donald McLeish.
Robert McLeish was born in
Fayette county March 6, 1883, the
son of Andrew and Katharine
(Strong) McLeish. He spent his
lifetime in the community of his birth.
