OELWEIN-Frank R. McLeish,
82, of Oelwein, died Friday, Dec. 31,
at the Oelwein Care Center after a
long illness.
Funeral services will be 1 pm.,
Tuesday, Jan. 4, at Floral Hills Chapel
in rural Oelwein.
Visitation is today, Monday, from
4 to 8 p.m., and from 9 am. until
services, Tuesday, at the funeral
chapel. .
Burial will be in Maynard Cemetery.
He is survived by bis wife, Winnie;
one son, Donald, Salt Lake City, Utah;
two daughters, Delores Bartz,
Westgate, and Maxine Wall, Cedar
Rapids; 12 grandchildren; and 23
great-grandchildren.
He was born June 5, 1911, in
Maynard, the son of Robert and Mary
Teague McLeish. He graduated from
Maynard High School. He married
Winnie Rees, Nov; 14, 1939, in
Oelwein. He was a retired farmer.
