OELWEIN—Roy Downs. 89, a
retired carpenter, died Sunday
night at the Bakke nursing home
here where he had been for five
years. He is survived by his
wife, one son, Ross, of Oelwein,
and stepdaughter, Mrs. Fred
Franks, also of Oelwein.
Funeral services will be
Wednesday 1:30 p. m. at the
Bakke nursing home with burial
in the Masonville cemetery.
