Mrs. Marie Malone, 65 of R
1, Dunkerton, died Monday at
Schoitz Memorial hospital at
8:25 a. m. of carcinoma.
She was born Sept. 30, 1896
at Clermont, la., the daughter
of Henry and-Emma Louden
Grossman. She was married to
John F. Malone in August of
1912 at West Union. They resided
in Dunkerton for the
last six years, formerly residing
at 927 N. Barclay St. Mrs.
Malone was a member of Calvary
Evangelical United Brethren
church in. Waterloo. Surviving
are her husband, one
son, John M. Malone of San
Diego, Calif.; one daughter,
Mrs. William Bandfield of 918
2nd Ave., Evansdale; two sister's,
Mrs. Melvin Johnson and
Mrs. George Cook, both of
Clermont.
She was preceded in death
by her' parents and three
brothers.
Funeral services will be at
the Chapel of Memories at 1:30
p. m. Thursday with the Rev.
R. C. Pfaltzgraff, pastor of the
Calvary Evangelical United
Brethren church, officiating
Burial will be in the Garden
of Memories.
