Funeral services will be 2 p.m.
Wednesday at the Brand-Kerns
Funeral. Chapel for Miriam
Kuhns, 68, of Oelwein, who died
Monday morning at Palmer
Memorial Hospital in West Union.
Burial will be in the Woodlawn
Cemetery in Oelwein.
Friends may call at the funeral
home after 6 p.m. Tuesday.
She is survived by a son,
Ramon, of Malta, Ill.; a brother,
Richard Shumaker of California,
two sisters, Mrs. Doris Thurman
of California and Mrs. Grace
Penn of Aniston, Alabama, four
grandchildren and nieces and
nephews.
She was a resident of Oelwein
for the last 32 years.
