Funeral service were held this
afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at St.
John's Lutheran church at Fairhank
for Mrs. Emilie Keller who
passed away Wednesday at the
home of her daughter Mrs. Emma
Friedrlch at Fairbank after a long
illness, Rev. H. J. Heilmann officiated
and burial was made at
Fairbank cemetery.
She was born in Germany, December
12, 1848. She was united
in marriage to Daniel Reiter in
1868 and came to America on
March 29, 1894. settling in Fayette
county. Mr. Reiter died June 2,
1915, and since that time she has
made her home with her children.
Survivors are four sons, and
two daughters: Julius and Gustav,
Oelwein; William, Hazleton; Paul,
Silver Creek, Neb.; Mrs. Emma
Friedrieh and Mrs. Ida Lamprecht,
Fairbank. Also 28 grandchildren
and 36 great grandchildren.
