Loren P. Lickiss, 86, of Oelwein, died Monday, Sept. 29, at Oelwein Healthcare Center following a brief illness; services 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, Oelwein, (319) 283-4922, with burial in Taylorsville Cemetery, Arlington; visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and an hour before services Saturday at the funeral home; memorial fund has been established.
