WESTGATE -- Ella Marie Cue, 101, of Westgate, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, at the Hillcrest Home, following a lengthy illness.

She was born April 11, 1907, in Randalia, daughter of John and Gusta Warnke. On May 22, 1925, she married Willard Snyder. He died Oct. 13, 1932. On June 16, 1934, she married George Harold Cue. He died Aug. 11, 1990.

She had been a member of the Randalia and Murphy United Methodist churches over the years.

Survived by: a daughter, Marion (Irvin) Heying of Sumner; a son, Dean (Malinda) Cue of Oelwein; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: a son, George Snyder; two grandchildren; a brother, Walter Warnke; and a sister, Louise Seehase.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church, Sumner, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, rural Westgate. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Becker-Milnes Funeral Home, Sumner, and for an hour before services Monday at the church.
