OELWEIN -- Becky S. Hansen, 33, of Oelwein, died at home Thursday, March 20, following a sudden illness.

She was born July 16, 1974, in Independence, daughter of Verlyn Henry and Mary Ann Main Hansen. She graduated from Independence High School in 1993 and for the last four years had worked at McDonald's restaurant, Oelwein. She also had worked at Happy Joe's restaurant, Oelwein.

Survived by: her father and stepmother, Donna and Verlyn Hansen of Littleton; her mother, Mary Hansen of Littleton; two sisters, Rhonda (Gale) Ogden of Littleton and Darlene (Marvin) Young of Oelwein; and a brother, Dennis (Michaela) Graves of Oelwein.

Services: 2 p.m. Thursday at White Funeral Home, Independence, with burial in Littleton Cemetery, Littleton. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
