Clara Moody Borland 1861-1929

At West Salem, Wisconsin, March
22, 1861, a daughter was born to
Amanda S. and Charles E. Moody and
was christened Clara E. Moody.
On November 1, 1877 she was united
in marriage to Larson I. Borland.
To this union were born nine children,
three girls and six boys. She
departed this life on Sunday May 5,
1929 at the age of sixty-eight years,
one month and thirteen days. She
leaves to mourn her passing, five
sons, Guy W., Eugene L., Forrest F.,
Glenn A, and Harley B.; one sister
Harriet and nineteen grandchildren,
all of this city.
Her husband, daughter and one son
preceded her in death.—Con.
