Services for Fred S. Clark, 80.
lifetime resident of Oelwein, are
pending at Brant funeral home.
Mr. Clark, retired carpenter and
farmer, died at Mercy hospital
Monday night at 11:30. He resided
at 222 7th Ave. S. W.
Mr. Clark is survived by his
wife and three sons. Otho, Atherton,
Mo,; Adna. Chicago, and Edward,
Seattle, Wash. Also a daughter,
Laura Madole of Wisconsin.
He was preceded in death by
three sons and a daughter.
He was born Nov. 22, 1876 in
Oelwein, the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Edward Clark. He was married
July 31, 1900.
The body lies in slate at Brant
funeral home.

Last, rites for Fred Clark, 80,
will be conducted Thursday at 2
p..m. at Brant funeral chapel, Elders
Shippy and Evert McFarlane
officiating. Burial will be in Otsego
cemetery southeast of Oelwein.
Mr. Clark, a lifetime resident
of Oeiwein, died Monday.
