Henry W. Cheney, 69, died here of heart trouble Tuesday afternoon April 5, 1938. He had been bedfast 5 weeks and in failing health two years. Funeral services at the Swan and Leytze Funeral Home Friday at 2, the Rev. Floyd H. Weed officiating. Burial in Otsego cemetery, 2 miles northeast of Hazleton. Mr. Cheney was born in Fayette County June 17, 1868, son of George W. and Mary Cheney, went to Nebraska with his parents in 1884, farmed there and in Kansas untio 1910 when he went to Minnesota and farmed with a nephew until three years ago, when he came here to make his home with a brother, Lester, in Buffalo township. One brother, Amasa, died in Juanuary 1938. Many nephews and nieces live here and in Minnesota.
