Oelwein Register Monday January 27, 1975

TUESDAY FUNERAL FOR BILL A. HOTH

Bill A. Hoth 64, of Oelwein, died Saturday night at Mercy Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2. p.m. at Brant-Kerns Funeral Home, with Rev. Warren Paige officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetey.
Friends may call at the funeral home this afternoon, (Monday) a Mosonic memorial service will be held at 8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
Hoth was formerly employed with Okah Glessner Propane Gas Company and worked 18 yeas for Northern Propane Company in Oelwein. He was a resident of Oelwein fo 53 years.
He had managed Fashion Cleaners in Oelwein for eight years and several years ago was employed at City Laundering Company of Oelwein. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, the Masonic Lodge and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Survivors include his wife Carrie; two sons, Eugene of Nebraska City, Nebraska; Larry of Oelwein; two daughters, Mrs. Bernard (Doris) Carolan of Poncha Springs, Colorado; Mrs. Richard (Lois) Boies of Oelwein; 13 grandchildren; a brother Donald of Lamont; two sister, Mrs. Ethel McKiernan and Mrs. Leota Yambert, both of Long Beach, California; and several nieces and nephews.
