Services for Mrs. Eddie J. Lawrence, 74, of 839 Home Acres Avenue, will be at 1:30 pm Friday at Kearns-Dykeman Chapel, Waterloo.

Mrs. Lawrence died at 4:16 pm Tuesday at Allen Memorial Hospital, Waterloo, with cause of death pending an autopsy.

She was born Grace Eveland in Berwick, Pennsylvania, May 11, 1900, the daughter of Norman E. and Ann Boston Eveland. She married William Bush in 1921 in Oelwein and he preceded her in death. She then married Eddie J. Lawrence on February 12, 1946 in Waterloo. She resided in Evansdale since 1973, coming from Jacksonville, Florida.

She is survived by her husband; a son, DeForrest Bush of Waterloo; six daughters, Mrs. Mary King of Independence, Mrs. Betty Gerard of St. Augustine, Florida, Mrs. Bessie Albertson of 735 Julie Street, Mrs. Connie Euchner of Cedar Falls and Mrs. Jeanette Phillips and Mrs. Laura Schlette both of Jacksonville, Florida.
