Graveside services for Aldean Trudo were held Saturday, March 2, 1991, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery in Clermont. The Rev. David Ambrosy officiated. Military honors were conducted by the Olson-Sheehan American Legion Post No. 375 of Clermont. A Scripture Service was held Friday, March 1, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. at Schutte's Clermont Chapel.
A prayer service was held Wednesday, February 27, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. at the Callison-Lough Funeral Home at Rogers, Ark. The Rev. Richard S. Oswald officiated.
Aldean S. "Mick" Trudo, son of Elmer J. and Elsie (McNally) Trudo, was born January 16, 1922 at Clermont, IA. He died Monday, February 25, 1991 at his home in Rogers, Ark. He graduated from Clermont High School in 1941 and also from Loras College in Dubuque. He served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II.
He was married to Nadean Forde. They lived in Oelwein for several years and moved to Ames in 1969. In 1981, they moved to Rogers, Ark.
Aldean was a member of St. Vincent's de Paul Catholic Church of Rogers, Ark. He had been employed as an auditor for the Iowa Department of Transportation in Ames before he retired in 1981.
