Odegard services set

Lavern C. Odegard, 65, Marion, formerly of Elgin, died Tuesday morning, Sept. 25, at Crestview Care Center, Marion.

Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at the Muehlethaler Funeral home in Elgin with burial in the Lutheran Cemetery, Gunder.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia, Marion; a brother, Glen, Elgin; three sisters: Joanne Odegard, Elgin; Verna Nutting, Calmar; and Ione, Mrs. Ervin Nyberg, West Union.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.
