WEST UNION - Myrtle Woodson, 85, died Monday morning, Dec. 1, 1997, at Palmer Lutheran Health Center, West Union, following a short illness.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Eldorado. Burial will be in the West Union Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, at Burnham-Wood Funeral Home, West Union.
Survivors include three sons: Robert, Fairbank; Gary, Cedar Falls; and Craig, Hawkeye; two daughters, Bonnie (Philip) Farr, Hawkeye; and Sharon (George) Ness, Calmar; 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave, in 1967; her parents; one brother; two sisters; one granddaughter; and one grandson.
