WEST UNION - Funeral services for Steven Lee Garlow will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 25, at Becker-Milnes Funeral Home, Fayette, with the Rev. Claudia Tessmer officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery, Fayette. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to service time Friday at the funeral home.
Steven, two month old son of Angela Maness and Terry Garlow, died Monday, July 21, 1997, at University Hospitals in Iowa City, after a sudden illness.
Survivors include his parents of West Union; one sister, Rebekah Garlow, at home; grandparents, Goldie Moore of Fayette, Terry Bush of Independence, Dave and Jackie Garlow of West Union; step-grandfather, Martin Rohde of Fayette; great-grandparents, Ben Rohde of Fayette, Glenola Junge of Fayette, and Naomi Garlow of Colesburg; and great-great-grandmother, Anna Pearl Westendorf of Oelwein.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Norma Rohde, and great-grandfathers, John Junge and Dale Garlow.
