Gerald 'Jack' Parsons
WEST UNION - Funeral services for Gerald "Jack" Parsons of Henderson, Nev., formerly of the West Union area, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 12, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Eldorado, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the Burnham-Wood Funeral Home, West Union.
Mr. Parsons, 77, died Wednesday morning in Henderson.
He was born April 13, 1920, in Atwater, Minn. He served with the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. Mr. Parsons was a retired English teacher, having taught in the Henderson school system from
1963 to 1987.
Survivors include his wife, Anita Steffens Parsons.
