OELWEIN - Funeral services for Jarrod A. Wayne will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, at the Cornerstone Foursquare Church in Independence, with Pastor Bill Black officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery in Independence. Friends may call after 7 p.m. today (Friday) at the White Funeral Home in Independence. Jarrod A. Wayne, 2, died Tuesday, July 28,1998, at Mercy Hospital in Oelwein.
He was born June 2, 1996, in Iowa City, the son of Tammy M. Boleyn and George A. Wayne.
Survivors include his parents, Tammy Boleyn and George A Wayne; three sisters, Erica Wayne, Andrea Boleyn and Jenna Boleyn and two brothers, Marcus Wayne and Austin Boleyn, all of Oelwein; his maternal grandmother, Sharon Stedman, of Waterloo; paternal grandparents, Doris and Elgie Wayne of Clarksville, and Dale and Patricia Kraft of Oelwein; and a great-grandmother, Gladys Beier of Independence. He was preceded in death by one sister, Breanna Boleyn.
White Funeral Home of Independence is in charge of arrangements. A memorial fund has been established.
