CLARENCE ANFINSON 1901-1988

Clarence Anfinson, 87, died unexpectedly Feb. 4 at the home of his daughter, Shirley Meyer in Postville, where he was spending the winter.

Most of his life he lived in West union. Before retirement he had been employed as a postal clerk and assistant postmaster.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth, who lives at the West Union Good Samaritan Center; daughter, Shirley; 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Feb. 6 at Zion Lutheran Church, West Union with burial in the West Union cemetery.
