Miller, Henry, lime burner, Section 26 (Auburn township); PO Douglas; born in Champaign in 1831. Married Emily L. Adams in 1857; she was born in New York State in 1834; have five children --- Lizzie, Annie, Emma, Charles E., Henry C.; lost one child -- William C., died in 1867; came to this State in 1849, and settled in this county in 1851, and engaged in farming; in 1856, he moved to his present place, and 1863, he engaged in lime burning, and has since continued in that business; he is Town Clerk, and has held the office three terms, being prominently known throughout the town and county.
