Morris, John H., farmer, Section 22 (Auburn township); PO Douglas; born in Wales, England in 1848; left that country when 5 years of age, and with his father, John Morris, came to America and settled in Wisconsin, where he resided until 1877, when he came to this county and settled on his present place; has a farm of twenty acres of land. Married Mary M. Halstead, in 1871; she was born in Winnebago Co., Ill. in 1855; have two children --- Ida E. and one not yet christened.
