William Herbert Moore Jr., passed away Thursday [March 25, 1926] morning at 4 o’clock after a short illness of pneumonia.

Wm. Moore Jr., is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Moore Sr., and has lived in Armstrong the greater part of his life. He graduated from the high school in 1924 at the age of 15. He was an exceptionall bright scholar and was always in good health and the news of his sudden death was a shock to his family and to the people of this community. Funeral services were held Sunday [March 28, 1926] afternoon at the Presbyterian church and interment was made in the Armstrong Grove cemetery. William Moore was born May 14, 1909 and died March 25, 1926 at the age of 16 years, 10 months and 11 days. He leaves to mourn his loss his mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Moore, two brothers, John of Armstrong, Robert of Omemee, N.D.; three sisters, Mrs. W. Goodge of Omaha, Neb., and the Misses Bernice and Mabel Moore of Armstrong, besides other relatives.
