Last Rites Held for Mrs. Anna Meyer, 80
Anna Suzanna [Herrick] Meyer, 80, longtime resident of Armstrong, died March 18 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wayne Koonig. Mrs. Meyer had been in failing health for a number of years and bedfast for six months.

She was born May 18, 1875 at Mount Pleasant, later moving to Nebraska and then to Grand Junction with her parents.

Married to Edward Meyer who was an elevator manager, Feb. 3, 1893, at Grand Junction. Mr. and Mrs. Meyer lived in various communities in Iowa until Mr. Meyer retired in 1928, and at that time settled in Armstrong.

Mrs. Meyer was survived by her daughter; two grandchildren; three sisters, L.R. Taylor, Fairmont, Minn.; Mrs. Silas Henke, Armstrong and Mrs. Monroe Zufall of Estherville. Her husband died in November, 1934. A daughter, Mildred and a son, Donald, also preceded her in death.
