Mrs. Wiuff Found Dead At Home
Armstrong – Mrs. Hans (Minnie) Wiuff, 72, was found dead at her home here yesterday afternoon. Death was attributed to a heart attack, believed to have occurred in her sleep about midnight Wednesday [October 18, 1961].

A neighbor boy, about 3 p.m. yesterday could not raise Mrs. Wiuff to give her mail to her. He returned home and told his mother who notified Police chief Harry Hanson, after noticing that the window shades were still pulled from the previous night.

Hansen, after being able to gain entrance to the building through the locked doors, noticed through a bedroom window that Mrs. Wiuff was in bed. He entered the house through a porch window, and found her dead in bed.
