Armstrong – Funeral services for Frank Joseph Colegrove, 77, Armstrong, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church, Armstrong, with the Rev. Travis Cannaday officiating and burial at the Armstrong Grove Cemetery. He died March 1 at a Rochester, Minn., hospital.

Mr. Colegrove was born March 18, 1898 at Lytton to Merritt and Mary Michels Colegrove. He came to Armstrong in 1903 and was educated in Armstrong. Mr. Colegrove was married to Marguerite Soma June 10, 1944 at Hayfield, Minn. He farmed in the Armstrong area until 1969 when he moved into Armstrong. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Armstrong, and the Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his wife, Marguerite, Armstrong; one son, Charles J. Colegrove, Armstrong; one daughter, Sonja M. Theesfield, Colorado Springs, Colo.; one grandchild; and one sister, Mrs. Wilford (Grace) Rupkey, Prescott, Ariz.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
