Rev. T. Hansen went to Minneapolis Wednesday morning. He was called there to confirm Christine Sunde who is seriously ill at the Thomas hospital. Her two sisters and four brothers and Mrs. Thos. Sunde and Susie Olson of Huntington were present also. They returned Friday evening. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, July 13, 1921)

Christine Sunde Died in Minneapolis
Miss Christine Sunde died in Minneapolis last Sunday [August 7, 1921], the body reaching this city Monday afternoon. It was taken to the undertaking parlors of Mahlum and Anderson where it was kept until this morning. Funeral services are being held from Palestine church near Dolliver this afternoon, Rev. T. Hanson in charge. Burial will be made at the Palestine cemetery. Miss Sunde was the victim of tuberculosis. She was 15 years, 7 months and 6 days of age at the time of her death and is survived by several brothers and sisters. Her parents are both dead.
