Mrs. Helen Sterenborg Dies at 74
Mrs. Helen Sterenborg, 74, Estherville, died early this morning at Holy Family Hospital where she had been a patient for two years.

She was born March 11, 1893, in southern Iowa to Mr. and Mrs. Eli Erickson. She was married June 25, 1913 to Richard Sterenborg at Estherville. They farmed their entire married life on a farm near Spirit Lake until retiring 10 years ago, when they moved to Estherville.

She was a member of Estherville Lutheran Church.

Survivors are a son, Robert, Des Moines, three grandchildren, a brother, Leonard Erickson of Austin, Minn., three sisters, Mrs. George Miller, La Quinta, Calif., Mrs. Ellen Rankin, Chicago, and Miss Ruth Erickson, California.

She was preceded in death by her husband on Sept. 20, 1964.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Reese-Henry Funeral Chapel, Rev. Roy Hendrickson officiating. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
