Mrs. Arndt Dies at 79
Mrs. Albertine Arndt, 79, died at 4 o’clock this morning at the home of her son-in-law Ewald Rosenau, 714 North Eighth street. Mrs. Arndt came to the United States from Austria Feb. 2, 1955. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Sternborg funeral home. The Rev. L.G. Hinderaker will officiate. Burial will be in the Lutheran cemetery. Arndt Rites Monday
Funeral services for Mrs. Albertine Arndt, 79, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Sternborg home. The Rev. L.G. Hinderaker will officiate. Burial will be in Lutheran cemetery. Mrs. Arndt died yesterday at the home of her son-in-law, Ewald Rosenau after a lengthy illness. She was born in Poland and later moved with her family to Yugoslavia and Austria. She came to Estherville from Austria in February. Survivors include her son-in-law and a granddaughter, Marie Rosenau. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, July 23, 1955)
