Dell S. Blake Dies
Graveside services for Dell S. [Schlosser] Blake of St. Paul, Minn., former Estherville and Gruver resident, who died Friday [January 21, 1956, in Ramsey Co., MN], will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Oak Hill cemetery. Mr. Blake had been hospitalized after he was stricken with a heart attack. Services were held at St. Paul this afternoon for Mr. Blake. The Spencer Masonic lodge will conduct services here tomorrow and burial will be in the family plot at Oak Hill cemetery. The Blakes farmed near Gruver and then lived in Estherville for a number of years while Mr. Blake was engaged in the implement business, prior to moving to Spencer and later to St. Paul. Mr. Blake has been associated with the Algoma Implement Co. for many years with headquarters in St. Paul. Survivors of Mr. Blake are his widow [Ida Mae Harcourt Blake] and a daughter, Mrs. George (Barbara) Dyball of St. Paul and three grandchildren. Following the services tomorrow the family will be at the home of Mrs. B.H. Brackett.
