Drowned in a Well
Mikel Mikelson, of 12-Mile Lake township, about three miles northwest of Wallingford, fell into a well yesterday and was drowned. He was an old man and was reaching into the well to get some water with which to “prime” a pump, when he lost his hold and fell head foremost into the water. He was too feeble to get out.
