Estherville – Services for Willard H. [Henry] Bebo, 63, Estherville, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the United Methodist Church with interment in East Side Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Clifford Haider will officiate the services. He died at his home Wednesday evening.

Henry and Olson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be Masonic Service at the funeral home Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. Military graveside services will be conducted by the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Bebo was born June 26, 1918 at New England, N.D., the son of Louis and Minnie (Hawke) Bebo, and received his education there. On July 19, 1941 he was united in marriage to Lorraine Borwell at Minneapolis, Minn. He served in the United States Navy in World War Two, and moved to Estherville in 1951. He worked for Golden Sun Milling Co. and later the City of Estherville.

He was a member of the United Methodist Church; Noon Kiwanis; Past Commander of American Legion Post 91; member of North Star Lodge No. 447; Esdraelon Commandery; Royal Arch Masons; Abu Bekr Shrine; Past Patron of Eastern star and a member of the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife, Lorraine, and son Larry both of Estherville, one daughter Mrs. Mike (Arliss) Peterson, Shawnee, Kans.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, and one sister, Frances Anderson, Aberdeen, S.D.

Bebo was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers and four sisters. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, April 16, 1982)
