Frances Moore
Estherville – Services for Frances Ruby Moore, 76, of Dunnell, Minn., will be Tuesday, December 29 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Christian Church, Estherville, with Rev. Dr. Mike Thiel presiding. Interment will be in the East Side Cemetery. She died December 24 at Holy Family Hospital.

Friends may call at the Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28.

She was born on January 18, 1916 in Estherville, the daughter of Chris and Hannah (Wolden) Danielson. She attended Estherville schools and married Chester Moore on September 10, 1935 in Estherville. The couple lived in Estherville until moving to Wichita, Kans. in 1947 where they lived until 1957 when they moved to Colorado Springs, Co. In 1962 the family moved to the Dallas, Texas area, moving to Dunnell in 1973. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Estherville.

She is survived by three sons: Jerry Moore, Orleans; Lee Moore, Estherville, and Daniel Moore, Dunnell, Minn. Two daughters: Judith Stevens, Ellensburg, Wash.; and Linda Donahue, Swansboro, N.C. Other survivors include one sister, Hazel Harridge, Des Moines; ten grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Moore, three brothers and three sisters. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, December 28, 1992)
