Dunnell – Services for Chester Wilson Moore, 68, Dunnell, Minn., will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Estherville Christian Church with the Rev. James Harmon officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery.Masonic services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Fuhrman Funeral Home, Estherville.
Friends may call at Fuhrman Funeral Home from noon Thursday until 1 p.m. Friday when the body will be taken to the church.
Mr. Moore was born April 23, 1910, at Menlo, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Moore. He received his education in Newton public schools and was married to Frances Danielson at Estherville on Sept. 10, 1938.
He was employed by the Rock Island Railroad and worked at Estherville, Wichita, Kan., Colorado Springs, Colo., and Dallas, Texas, until retiring in 1972 after 43 years of service and moving to Dunnell.
He was a member of the North Star Lodge 447 AF and AM, Estherville, and a 32nd degree Mason and Shriner.
Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, Frances; three sons, Jerry Moore, Spirit Lake, Lee Moore, Estherville, and Daniel Moore, Dunnell; two daughters, Mrs. Judith Stevens, Ellensburg, Wash., and Mrs. Linda Donahue, Oak Grove, Ky.; 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
