The little four year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Nels Linge died last Tuesday [March 24, 1914] morning of pneumonia. The bereaved parents have the sympathy of all. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, April 1, 1914)

The funeral of Cyrus Linge was held from the home at eleven o’clock last Thursday [March 26, 1914]. Rev. Sevatson of Gruver conducted the services. A quartet of ladies, Mesdames Dowden, Graves, Cobb and L. Wilkinson rendered suitable musical selections. Interment was in East Side cemetery. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, April 1, 1914)
