Estherville – Services for Mrs. Andy (Bonnie Jones) Siefker, 81, will be held Wednesday, Sept. 21, 1983 at the Christian Church with the Rev. Robert Robert Kunz, the Rev. Fred Sawyer and the Rev. Danville Swanson of Union Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery. She died Monday, Sept. 19, 1873 at Holy Family Hospital.

Friends may call at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Tuesday (today).

Bonnie Wolford was born March 13, 1902 at Casey Creek, Ky., the daughter of John and Sarah (Beard) Wolford. She received her education at Casey Creek, Russell Creek Academy-Teachers College, Campbellsville, Ky. After receiving her education she taught Elementary Education in a one-room school in Casey Creek until her marriage to E.W. (Wesley) Jones on March 23, 1923 at Campbellsville, Ky. The couple moved to Iowa City and lived there 11 years. In 1934 they moved to a farm near Maple Hill and in 1957 moved into Estherville. Mr. Jones died May 9, 1974. In Nov., 1976 she was married to Andy Siefker at Fairmont, Minn. They continued to live in Estherville. Mrs. Siefker was a Sunday School teacher for many years at the Gruver Presbyterian Church and after moving into Estherville, The Christian Church. Siefker died in Feb. 1981.

Survivors include one son, Ken Jones, St. Paul, Minn.; four daughters: Mrs. Elmer (Virginia) Kirchner, Hillsboro, Ore., Mrs. Wayne (Carol) LeGore, Wallingford, Mrs. R. Lowell (Barbara) McKean, Marengo and Mrs. John (Betty) Croner, Estherville; 16 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Pearl Brittain, Elizabethtown, Ky.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; one infant daughter, three brothers and three sisters. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, September 20, 1983)
