Iseminger Rites on Tuesday
Services for Aged man Who Passed Away on Saturday Evening Will Be Held at Sternborgs
Charles Hubert Iseminger, who has been in ill health for several years, passed away Saturday night. He was 72 years old. His death was caused from heart trouble and complications.

Mr. Iseminger was born in LaPort county, Indiana on June 1, 1870. He came to Denison, Iowa in 1881. In 1892 he married Miss Jennie Green. They lived in Woodbine, Iowa for ten years and then moved to Nebraska in 1902. In 1912 he came to Spirit Lake in Dickinson County and then moved to a farm northeast of Superior in Emmet county and has lived in this county ever since. He joined the Christian Church in 1938.

Mrs. Iseminger passed away five years ago. He is survived by his three daughters, Mrs. Roy Klein, Mrs. Levi Larson, of Estherville and Mrs. Leo Cox of Alpha, Minn., and two sons, Harold and Charles Iseminger, both of Estherville.

He has one sister, Mrs. Joe Miles of Fayette Grove, Arkansas, and one brother, Bian Iseminger of El Monte, Cal.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 P.M. this (Tuesday) afternoon at the Sternborg parlors with the Rev. Fred Sawyer officiating. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, February 10, 1942)

Charles Iseminger Died at Home Near Superior
Charles Iseminger, 72, passed away at the home of his daughter in Emmet county Saturday [February 7, 1942] night following an illness of several years. Death was caused from heart trouble and complications.

The Iseminger family came to Spirit Lake in 1912 from Nebraska and then moved to the farm northeast of Superior in Emmet county and has lived in that county ever since.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon at the Sternborg funeral parlors in Estherville with Rev. Fred Sawyer officiating. (Spirit Lake Beacon, Spirit Lake, IA, February 12, 1942)
