Myrtle Ruth Grems, 80, Estherville passed away June 3, 2000 at her home in Estherville. Services will be today June 7, 2000 at Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Chapel in Estherville with Rev. Mark Gabard officiating. Interment is at East Side Cemetery in Estherville.

Myrtle, the daughter of Ben T. and Ruth (Rogers) Roach was born June 17, 1919 in Estherville. She received her education in the Estherville schools. Myrtle attended the Presbyterian Church in Estherville. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family.

On Jan. 17, 1942, she was united in marriage to Willis H. Grems in Jackson, Minn. Myrtle has lived in Des Moines, Emmet County, Wallingford, Estherville and Mesa, Ariz. Mr. Grems died on Oct. 2, 1975.

Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Survivors include: two sons, Harold and his wife Pam of Mankato, Minn.; Les and his wife Deb of McCall, Idaho; two daughters, Sharon Pearson and her husband Gary of Boise, Idaho; Jeannette Cloud and her husband Lyndal of Plainview, Ill.; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Mervin and his wife Margaret of Spirit Lake and Roy of Joplin, Mo.; two sisters, Ellen Moore and her husband Gene of Ringsted and Joan Dahl of Spencer.
