Estherville – Services for Viola Mima [Isaacs] Beaver, 76, Estherville, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at the Christian Church in Estherville with the Rev. Robert Kunz officiating. Burial will be in the East Side Cemetery. She died Saturday, Jan. 5, 1985 at her home in Estherville.

Friends may call after 1 p.m. Monday at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home in Estherville.

She was born July 27, 1906, in Graettinger, the daughter of Frank and Ella (Merideth) Brown. She received her education in Graettinger. On Feb. 19, 1971 [1972] she was united in marriage to McKinely Beaver at the State Line Lutheran Church in Petersburg, Minn. She lived most of her life in Graettinger and Estherville and was a member of the Christian Church, the VFW Auxiliary and the Rebekka Lodge.

Survivors include her husband, McKinley Beaver, one daughter, Arlene Heggen, Denver, Colo.; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers, Charles Kunath, San Francisco, Calif., Clyde Brown, Westlaco, Texas; and one sister, Mrs. Albert (Justine) Heidecker, Fairmont, Minn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, a brother and a grandson. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, January 7, 1985)
